With ten beds, four bathrooms and a swimming pool positioned on a natural terrace, it offers a spectacular view of the Cortona sunsets and Lake Trasimeno. The villa, developed on three levels and built in stone, is surrounded by a park with centuries-old trees, completely fenced and equipped with a parking area reserved for guests.

Villa Luana is a modern and comfortable villa, born from the renovation of an old peasant annex, inspired by Tuscan architecture and built with local materials such as stone and wood.
